Service Description

This is a 45 minute class offered at the Beach House Studio in Lavallette Spend some time with your little ones while we gather on the community mat and explore mindful movement, breath work, picture prompted visualizations, and collaborative crafting. This class will help to improve sensory processing, attention span and mind/body awareness. This is not a quiet class. You should dress comfortably and be prepared to move alongside your child!
